On this episode, we have Chef Jaaion Barnes. He’s a graduate of Grambling State University. The New Orleans native has an extensive resume including Executive Chef positions at Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson Airport and Old Lady Gang Southern Eatery. He’s also a culinary consultant.
